Tates Rents is the official rental company of the Roady’s Humanitarian Bowl. All additional tent items must be supplied by Tates Rents. They will contact you after your reservation has been scheduled. If you have questions or need further information please contact them at (208) 336-5486.
Individual banners will not be provided for tents. Corporations are requested to bring their own.
All tents and seating sections are first-come, first-serve. Make your reservations early!
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be due at the time of your reservation, with the balance due on December 16, 2009. (Please contact the bowl office for cancellation policy).
Staked maps will be provided throughout tent village so tents can be easily located.
